You will play a vital role in our company by providing expert support, technical advice, and training to our diverse client base through remote channels and telephone communication.
What you'll be doing
- You will deliver high-quality technical support and guidance to our clients regarding our advanced diagnostic equipment and software.
- You will conduct remote training sessions to help our customers maximize the potential of the tools we provide.
- You will contribute to the growth of our business by helping us refine our processes and improve our service delivery.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of technical expertise and strong communication skills. We are looking for the following qualifications and attributes:
- An NVQ Level 3 or BTEC National qualification in Motor Vehicle Technology, or an equivalent certification.
- A mature outlook combined with the drive and determination to succeed in your career.
- A professional and confident telephone manner that allows you to communicate effectively with other technicians.
- Solid knowledge of modern diagnostic systems and related technology.
- A high standard of written English.
- Previous experience working within a performance monitoring environment.
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to help us move the business forward.
