Role at a glance

We are searching for a Mid-Level Automation QA Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in Cebu City, Philippines, requiring availability for the night shift. You will play a vital part in maintaining the high quality of our software as we continue to scale.

Your impact

• Collaborate closely with our U.S. and Philippine-based product and engineering teams to design effective test strategies and ensure project requirements are met.
• Drive automation by utilizing modern frameworks like Cypress and Playwright to increase our testing efficiency and overall product reliability.
• Manage the defect lifecycle by identifying, documenting, and tracking software issues through to resolution while contributing to continuous process improvements.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be a strong problem solver who communicates effectively across different time zones. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Practical knowledge of industry-standard tools including Cypress, Playwright, GitHub, and TestMo.
• A proven ability to identify areas for improvement and implement meaningful process enhancements.
• Fluency in English to facilitate clear communication with our global cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to learn new technologies and domain-specific knowledge quickly.
