Imagine walking onto a production floor where every machine hums with efficiency and precision. At our company, we are constantly pushing the boundaries of what is possible in manufacturing, and our Automation Development and Integration team is the heartbeat of that progress. We are looking for a dedicated professional to join us in shaping the future of our operations, helping us refine our processes and elevate our output through smart, innovative automation.
The opportunity
As a Senior Automation Integration Engineer, you will be a vital link between conceptual design and real-world application. You will not just be watching from the sidelines. You will be hands-on, helping us integrate sophisticated automation equipment into our manufacturing lines while contributing your own ideas during the early testing and design phases. This is a full-time, on-site role where your technical expertise will directly influence our productivity and quality standards.
A day in the life
- You will collaborate with our existing engineering team to implement cutting-edge industrial technologies that boost our manufacturing throughput and labor efficiency.
- You will serve as a primary technical resource, providing hands-on troubleshooting for the automated systems and equipment deployed across our facilities.
- You will take ownership of technical documentation, ensuring that work instructions and training guides are accurate, up to date, and reflect the latest engineering changes.
Who you are
You are an analytical thinker who thrives on solving complex technical puzzles. You have a solid foundation in software development and computer programming, paired with a deep understanding of hardware systems. To succeed in this role, you bring the following:
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automation Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- At least four years of professional experience in designing and integrating automated processes, including work with robotics or pick and place systems.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills, which you will use when collaborating with colleagues or traveling to our sister facilities for training and knowledge sharing.
- Fluency in English.
- Due to U.S. export control regulations, you must be a U.S. citizen, a permanent resident, or hold refugee or asylum status.
Why you'll love it here
We believe in fostering a culture of innovation where your contributions are recognized and valued. You will have the chance to travel to domestic and international sites up to 10% of the time, allowing you to learn from diverse environments and share your own expertise. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to maintaining a professional and inclusive workplace where every team member can grow and succeed.
