We are excited to grow our Automation Development and Integration team. Our company focuses on advancing manufacturing capabilities, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about building efficient systems. If you enjoy working on the front lines of production technology and want to help us improve our output and quality, we would love to meet you.
What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Automation Integration Engineer to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a senior-level position that requires at least four years of experience in designing and integrating automated processes, including robotics and pick-and-place systems. You will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by helping us conceptualize, design, and test new automation solutions.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with our existing engineering team to implement industrial automation technologies that boost labor productivity and manufacturing throughput.
- Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for the automated equipment and systems currently deployed on our factory floor.
- Manage the creation of essential documentation, including training guides and work instructions, while tracking engineering changes to ensure all systems remain up to date.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering, or a related field. You need a strong foundation in software development and computer programming, along with a deep understanding of hardware systems. We value candidates who are highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess sharp analytical skills. Because you will be communicating across teams and occasionally traveling to our sister facilities, strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Please note that due to U.S. export control regulations, you must be a U.S. citizen, a permanent resident, or hold asylum or refugee status to be considered for this position.
What's in it for you?
Joining our team means you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge industrial technology and contribute to meaningful improvements in our manufacturing processes. You will also have the chance to travel to our various domestic and international locations, which accounts for about 10% of the role, to share ideas and learn from our global operations.
