What you bring
As a Senior Automation Engineer working in a full-time capacity, you will be at the heart of our efforts to improve service delivery and internal efficiency. This is a remote position available to candidates anywhere. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and maintaining sophisticated automation workflows using scripting languages and RPA platforms.
- Building and managing integrations across various platforms using REST APIs and structured data.
- Collaborating with our service desk and infrastructure teams to identify and eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with a deep technical background and a proactive, analytical mindset. You should be highly proficient in PowerShell, Python, Jinja, and BASH, with hands-on experience using Git for version control. A solid understanding of JSON, JavaScript, and web technologies is essential. You should have prior experience working within managed services or IT infrastructure environments, specifically with RMM platforms. We value candidates who are security-conscious, detail-oriented, and capable of communicating effectively in English while working alongside cross-functional teams.
