We are currently seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in our expansion while helping our customers achieve success through technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide urgent support and technical guidance to commercial customers by resolving inquiries through live chat, ticketing systems, and online sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, incidents, and requests within Salesforce and our internal tracking systems.
- Contribute to the development of our knowledge base and training materials while actively participating in product testing and release cycles.
Requirements
- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the automation field.
- Demonstrate complete fluency in written and verbal English with a neutral accent.
- Maintain a strong foundation in software quality assurance and test automation, including hands-on experience with platforms like Selenium.
- Show proficiency in Agile and DevOps methodologies, along with experience in database management and programming.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Exhibit a calm demeanor and the ability to drive complex issues to resolution under pressure.
