We are currently seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity to help us build and maintain intelligent workflows that streamline our internal operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain complex automation workflows using tools like Zapier, N8N, Atlassian JSM, and AWS Lambda to enhance operational efficiency.
- Integrate AI-powered features into our existing systems to intelligently prioritize and route tasks across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and operations, to identify repetitive processes and implement scalable, reliable solutions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software engineering or technical automation.
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Python.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms like Zapier or N8N and cloud services, specifically AWS.
- A solid understanding of system design, API integration, and debugging complex workflows.
- Effective communication skills with a focus on collaborative problem-solving.
