Automation Developer at Aprio LLP

Our Information Technology Automation team builds practical solutions that remove repetitive work and improve how the firm operates every day. We are looking for a Mid-Level Automation Developer who wants to shape those solutions from the ground up while working fully remote.

What you'll be doing

• Work with stakeholders to map current business processes, spot inefficiencies, and design automation that raises productivity and data quality.
• Lead the full lifecycle of automation projects: hands-on design, development, testing, deployment, ongoing maintenance, and rapid troubleshooting of solutions built with UIPath, Microsoft Power Platform, .NET/C#, SQL, API integrations, and microservices.
• Guide projects using Agile and Scrum practices, collaborate with colleagues across the business and technology teams, and act as a trusted advisor who explains options, secures buy-in, and keeps solutions aligned with real needs.

What you'll bring

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, plus at least three years of hands-on experience developing and deploying automation solutions with UIPath.
• Strong skills in .NET/C# for back-end work, SQL for database development, and Angular for front-end interfaces, along with experience creating API integrations and microservices.
• Comfort working in Agile and Scrum environments, a professional certification in a relevant technology area, and fluency in English.

Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms, data-visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and emerging AI or machine-learning techniques is viewed as a plus.
