Role at a glance
We are hiring a Mid-Level Automation Developer on a Full Time basis. The position is fully Remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
Your impact
- Partner with stakeholders to map business processes, surface improvement opportunities, and design automation solutions that raise efficiency across the firm.
- Lead the end-to-end build of those solutions-hands-on design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support-primarily with UIPath, Microsoft Power Platform, .NET/C#, SQL, API integrations, and microservices.
- Run every engagement inside Agile and Scrum rhythms, continuously monitor live automations, and iterate quickly when performance or requirements shift.
What you'll need
Our ideal teammate brings at least three years of hands-on experience developing and deploying UIPath solutions, along with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. You are fluent in English and comfortable working across the full software-development lifecycle. A professional certification in a relevant technology area is expected. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum practices, plus exposure to Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms, will help you hit the ground running.
