Responsibilities

Architect and develop the processes and control systems that power our robotic machinery.
Program complex paths for motion systems and robots while utilizing Python and object-oriented design patterns.
Translate customer needs into technical system requirements and implement them through Beckhoff PLC programming using the TwinCat3 IDE.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a passion for industrial innovation. We are looking for the following qualifications:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Proven expertise in Beckhoff PLC programming, Structured Text (IEC 61131-3), and Python.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, Git version control, and SQL databases.
Experience with industrial automation, including motion control for stepper and servo motors, as well as robot programming.
Familiarity with Linux environments and command-line tools.
The ability to travel approximately 25% to 30% of the time.
