Responsibilities

Lead the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of our platform within complex enterprise environments.
Accelerate customer success by conducting technical onboarding, delivering tailored product training, and aligning automation roadmaps with business goals.
Act as a trusted technical advisor, building strong relationships with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Guide customers in designing scalable automation strategies, reviewing automation flows, and ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
Drive product adoption by delivering feature walkthroughs and contributing valuable insights to our knowledge base and product development teams.

Must-haves

Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience in automation.
Proven technical proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium or similar RPA solutions.
Practical experience working with programming languages like C#, Java, or Python.
Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps practices, including familiarity with tools like Jira and Azure DevOps.
Strong communication skills in English and a willingness to travel to meet customer needs.
A collaborative mindset focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
