The role

We are looking for a Senior Audio Visual Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will serve as the primary leader for our most complex projects, acting as the main point of contact for our clients and internal teams throughout the entire project life cycle.

Core responsibilities

• Oversee the full life cycle of high-impact projects, from initial planning and resource allocation to final execution and project closure.
• Manage project financials, scope changes, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure we meet our quality standards and business objectives.
• Facilitate clear communication across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, ensuring that project status and technical requirements are understood by everyone involved.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in project management and a deep understanding of audio visual technology. We value candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in project planning, documentation, and financial management.
• Proven ability to navigate complex change management scenarios and resolve conflicting priorities.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to manage client expectations and lead post-project retrospectives.
• Experience creating and maintaining essential project documents, such as project charters, scopes, and detailed plans.
