What is this role?

We are seeking a Mid-Level Atlassian IT Service Admin to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role that requires you to work onsite at our Buffalo Grove, IL location two days per week. In this position, you will be the primary steward of our Atlassian tool suite, ensuring that our internal systems perform optimally to support seamless collaboration and project management across the entire organization.

What will you do?

• Configure, support, and enhance our Atlassian Cloud suite, including JSW, JSM, Confluence, OpsGenie, and Access.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective workflows, schemes, and automations that align with our business standards.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate third-party cloud add-ons while maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base for our Atlassian environment.

What makes you a great fit?

To be successful in this role, you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in Atlassian administration or a similar SaaS administration capacity. You are comfortable working with Agile methodologies and have a solid grasp of IT service management concepts. We are looking for someone who can balance administrative maintenance with project-based work while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in English is required, and any experience with plugin development or advanced add-on integration is considered a valuable asset.
