What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Atlassian Engineer to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. In this position, you will serve as a key technical resource, helping us refine our internal processes by automating business workflows and integrating our tools with various data sources. You will play a vital role in ensuring our teams have the right systems in place to succeed.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of our Jira environment by managing projects, workflows, permissions, and security settings to ensure optimal performance.
- Administer both Jira and Confluence, which includes handling system upgrades, plugin compatibility testing, and user management.
- Collaborate with various departments to translate their unique business requirements into efficient, automated Jira projects and Confluence spaces.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong technical background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing and creating Jira projects.
- Experience with Linux system administration or managing Atlassian tools within a Linux environment.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Software Developer.
- Practical knowledge of Agile development practices.
- Familiarity with Groovy and ScriptRunner is considered a significant advantage.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience.
- An upper-intermediate level of English, as this is essential for our daily collaboration.
