Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and maintenance of our Atlassian SaaS suite, including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
• Monitor system performance, manage licenses, and ensure our tools remain scalable and secure.
• Design and maintain custom dashboards, metrics, and reports to track key performance indicators.
• Configure incident, problem, and change management processes while building effective asset schemas.
• Integrate Atlassian tools with external systems like Salesforce and LogicMonitor.
• Provide technical support and training to users while acting as the primary bridge between business units and technical teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize project management workflows and stay current with new product features.
• Ensure all platform configurations align with organizational security standards and ITIL frameworks.

Must-haves

• At least 6 years of professional experience as an Atlassian Administrator, specifically with Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency in customizing workflows, schemes, and dashboards.
• Experience with scripting languages and automation tools such as ScriptRunner, Groovy, or Jira Automation.
• A solid understanding of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a deep knowledge of Atlassian architecture.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in English.
