Key outcomes
- Partner with sales teams to influence customers through value-based selling, helping them articulate why they need to change, why they should choose Cribl, and why they should act now.
- Lead technical value discovery sessions with senior executives and technical staff to shape individual business cases.
- Develop comprehensive business cases for new business, expansions, and cross-sell opportunities, alongside value realization analyses for renewals.
- Innovate by creating new financial models, value discovery questions, and frameworks while maintaining a centralized metrics database.
- Enable the broader sales organization by providing self-serve content and tools that allow them to independently communicate value.
- Contribute to organizational goals by boosting win rates, accelerating sales cycles, reviving dormant opportunities, and increasing deal margins.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, accounting, economics, information systems, or computer science.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to create detailed financial models, including ROI and TCO concepts.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides.
- Experience with sales methodologies such as Force Management, Challenger Selling, or MEDDPPICC.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses in a persuasive manner.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Professional fluency in English.
- Ability to travel occasionally, typically 10% to 20% of the time.
Preferred qualifications
- An MBA from a top-tier institution.
- Familiarity with technical concepts including cloud infrastructure, networking, observability, IT operations, or security.
- Experience using tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Decision Link, Ecosystems, Mediafly, or Spotlight.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $126,000 to $150,000, depending on your geographic location and individual experience. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to regional results. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
