Key outcomes
- Design experiences, interactions, and features that increase product value and support ongoing growth.
- Research customer challenges, define design solutions, and deliver detailed work within Agile and Scrum constraints.
- Lead the full design process for team features, including research, validation, and iteration.
- Translate user intents, motivations, and needs into intuitive and engaging product experiences.
- Partner with engineers to translate designs into functional implementations.
- Manage projects to meet deadlines, roadmaps, and requirements.
- Contribute to Lucid’s design culture and promote the value of design across the organization.
- Ensure products integrate cutting-edge AI technologies while remaining human-centric and accessible.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional UX design experience.
- Proficiency in core design methods such as sketching, wireframing, and storyboarding.
- Ability to define success metrics for design work and evaluate solutions using both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Capacity to design across varied contexts, including long-term strategic projects, urgent fixes, and short-term solutions, even when information is incomplete.
- Strong communication skills to convey design rationale through multiple mediums and deliverables.
- Ability to collaborate closely with AI engineers and product managers to integrate AI technologies into user experiences.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on finding solutions rather than dismissing ideas.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Direct experience designing user-facing products and features powered by AI or machine learning.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, industrial design, human-computer interaction, architecture, multidisciplinary design, user experience, psychology, English, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience working within an Agile or Scrum environment.
