We are looking for an Associate Technical Program Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. At Abnormal, we are building a sophisticated Research and Development Operating System to support our Multi-Product Platform. As we scale, we need someone to help us create a reliable, standardized framework for how our products are developed and executed. You will work directly with our R&D leadership to architect and implement these systems, ensuring that our product and engineering teams have the structure they need to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Translate intricate technical requirements from our engineering and product teams into actionable program plans that feature clear milestones, designated owners, and firm deadlines.
- Manage project schedules by identifying dependencies, proactively mitigating risks, and providing regular progress updates to stakeholders to ensure we meet our delivery goals.
- Collaborate with engineering and product partners to contribute to technical strategy development and resource planning.
Requirements
- Up to two years of professional experience in technical program or project management.
- A Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field.
- Strong skills in project management, program management, and stakeholder management.
- The ability to perform technical translation, effectively communicating complex requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work well in ambiguous situations.
