The role
We are looking for an Associate Technical Product Manager to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who is ready to act as a core partner to our Enterprise Application team. You will serve as a vital link between our business departments and our technical teams, ensuring that our internal systems evolve to meet the needs of our growing organization.
Core responsibilities
- Partner with key business stakeholders to plan quarterly roadmaps that align with our broader strategic objectives and annual goals.
- Act as a bridge between internal teams and Salesforce developers by translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable requirements.
- Manage a well-organized product backlog and prioritize bi-weekly sprints while maintaining transparent communication regarding project progress.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in product management and a passion for solving complex problems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Salesforce Product Owner or Business Analyst.
- Proven experience executing Agile methodologies, with a specific focus on Scrum.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to drive decisions, manage trade-offs, and navigate project delivery in a cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency in English.
