The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Associate Technical Product Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to design and launch solutions that provide genuine value to our customers while helping us scale our operations. You will work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your contributions directly influence our product roadmap and growth. This is a hybrid role based in our Chicago office, where you will enjoy in-person collaboration, mentorship, and office perks like catered lunches and a fitness center. If you are not currently in the Chicago area, we are happy to offer relocation assistance.

A day in the life

• You will analyze our data to uncover new opportunities that enhance the customer experience and drive our business forward.
• You will lead product execution from the initial vision through to final delivery, ensuring we iterate effectively based on performance.
• You will partner closely with Engineering, QA, and other business teams to manage project scope and prioritize high-impact initiatives.

Who you are

You are a results-oriented professional who thrives in an agile environment and possesses a strong background in product management. You have a technical mindset and the ability to balance complex trade-offs to build the right solutions for our users. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, such as engineering, economics, finance, or another STEM discipline, with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• A proven ability to solve problems, manage competing priorities, and focus on high-value outcomes.
• A deep passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to distill feedback into actionable requirements.
