This paid, 3 month program places you at the heart of the action at one of the fastest-growing influencer marketing agencies. You won’t just observe; you’ll be hands-on, working alongside top talent on real campaigns that truly make an impact.
We’re not hiring based on experience; we’re hiring based on drive, hustle, and potential. If you have the mindset of a closer and the curiosity to learn about the business from the inside out, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do Here:
- Hunt for top-tier influencer talent: actively source, pitch, and sign creators ready to grow their business with our management team.
- Identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities for talent: think like a hunter, always spotting the next win. Seek out brand partnerships for specific talent and the agency as a whole.
- Own your pipeline: oversee client rosters, pitch decks, and lead lists with accuracy.
- Collaborate with Creative and Talent teams to translate strategy into action: ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, align with the brand, and stay within budget. Present and support the implementation of growth strategies for influencers.
- Track revenue and campaign performance: keep payment systems and reports current so nothing slips through the cracks
- Stay ahead of industry trends: be the first to identify emerging talent, platforms, and partnership opportunities in the creator economy.
You'll Need To Have:
- A university degree, college diploma, or equivalent real-world experience: we value hustle and results more than titles.
- A natural communicator with persuasive energy and confidence: you know how to pitch, negotiate, and close deals.
- Highly self-motivated with a competitive edge: you set goals and achieve them.
- Agile and adaptable: capable of managing multiple priorities and thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
