The opportunity

We are looking for an Associate Talent Agent to join our team through a 3 month contract program. This role is designed for those who are ready to turn their ambition into action and break into the creator space. You will be placed at the heart of our operations, working alongside top talent on real campaigns that make a tangible impact. We are not looking for a specific background, but rather for the drive, hustle, and potential to learn the business from the inside out. If you have the mindset of a closer, this is your chance to gain hands-on experience at one of the fastest-growing influencer marketing agencies.

A day in the life

• You will hunt for top-tier influencer talent by actively sourcing, pitching, and signing creators who are ready to grow their business alongside our management team.
• You will identify and pursue revenue-generating opportunities, acting as a hunter to secure brand partnerships for our talent and the agency.
• You will collaborate with our creative and talent teams to translate strategies into action, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and align with brand goals.

Who you are

You are a natural communicator who possesses the persuasive energy and confidence required to negotiate and close deals. You are highly self-motivated, competitive, and thrive in fast-paced environments where you can manage multiple priorities at once. We value results and hustle above all else, and we are looking for someone who is an innovative thinker with a solutions-focused approach. You should be fluent in English and comfortable working in an on-site capacity in either Canada or the United States.
