We are looking for a Senior Associate Solution Architect II to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. Zeta is a next-generation banking technology company founded in 2015 by Bhavin Turakhia and Ramki Gaddipati. Our flagship platform, Zeta Tachyon, is a modern, cloud-native, and fully API-enabled stack that supports issuance, processing, lending, and core banking for major financial institutions and fintechs globally. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, proactively managing their queries and resolving operational or product-related issues to ensure a smooth experience with the Tachyon platform.
- Lead the onboarding and enablement process for new financial institution partners, translating their specific business requirements into actionable documentation and technical solutions.
- Facilitate high-level discussions with senior stakeholders and CXOs, using your expertise to negotiate needs and drive the adoption of our product capabilities through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A four-year degree in engineering or a related field.
- Six to eight years of experience in customer success within a global enterprise SaaS environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud-based SaaS offerings, including APIs and pub-sub architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to navigate complex business and technical conversations.
- Prior experience in the payments, retail lending, EMI, or UPI domains is highly preferred.
- A willingness to be based out of Chennai.
