To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in software engineering and a passion for game development. We look for the following qualifications:
- Strong programming proficiency and a deep understanding of algorithms and data structures.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Physics, Math, or a related engineering discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bonus points for experience with C++, C#, Unreal Engine, Unity, or mobile development, as well as familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Compensation and benefits
We invest in our team members' well-being and professional growth through a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
- A generous paid time off program that includes vacation, sick days, holidays, and a studio-wide closure during the last week of December.
- Comprehensive medical, vision, and dental insurance options starting on your first day.
- Financial security through our 401k plan with a partial match.
- Support for your daily commute and ongoing education through our commuter benefits and tuition reimbursement programs.
- A flexible hybrid work environment, complemented by studio perks like free snacks, team lunches, and access to our extensive game library.
