About the Role

We are hiring for an Associate Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This mid-level position focuses on the production and release of Red Hat software. You will be an integral part of a cross-functional group, helping us modernize our delivery pipelines and ensure our products remain at the cutting edge of the industry.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in software development and a drive to learn. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Professional development experience within a Linux environment.
• Proficiency with Python programming and Bash scripting.
• Strong command of Linux utilities and command-line text processing.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A proactive mindset that allows you to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
• Familiarity with Git, continuous integration practices, and container technologies like OpenShift or Kubernetes is highly valued.

Location

This position is based on-site in Czechia.
