We employ nearly 2,500 experts across the globe, and we are looking for a dedicated Associate Security Analyst to join our team in India to help maintain our high standards of security and client assurance.
What you'll be doing
- You will manage our repository of security responses by creating and overseeing a review schedule for various internal controls.
- You will coordinate with our Legal, Technology, and Security teams to gather necessary evidence for client inquiries and scheduled audits.
- You will track the remediation of identified control gaps and contribute to process improvements to increase the efficiency of our audit engagements.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in Information Security and a methodical approach to your work. We are looking for the following qualifications and skills:
- A Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in GRC, or 5 years of experience if you do not hold a degree.
- Deep familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and working in client-facing environments.
- Excellent reporting capabilities, with the ability to tailor information for different audiences.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are highly desirable.
- Fluency in English to effectively communicate across our global teams.
