We are looking for an Associate Sales Systems Manager to join our GTM Systems & Tools team. This team sits within our engineering organization and works closely with our growth and data groups to maintain a scalable CRM, automate key workflows, and support our overall go-to-market strategy. What you'll be doing
- Design and build secure, scalable technical solutions within Salesforce by leveraging out of the box automations, such as Flows, validation rules, and security settings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce enhancement requests, managing day-to-day configuration, user permissions, and lead routing systems to ensure high efficiency for our GTM teams.
- Take ownership of data integrity across our entire GTM stack by managing enrichment vendors and establishing processes that improve the hygiene and accuracy of our data.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical foundation and a collaborative mindset. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience supporting full-stack solutions within Salesforce.
- A Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, technical documentation, and user testing.
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce customization, including Flows, approval processes, and validation rules.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to translate business problems into effective technical requirements.
- Experience with data cleansing and enrichment projects.
What you'll get
The total target cash compensation for this position ranges from $150,000 to $183,000 USD. In addition to your salary, you will be eligible for equity consideration and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.
