What is this role?
We are seeking a Senior Associate Recruitment Specialist to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position designed for someone with one to two years of experience who is eager to master the full recruitment lifecycle. You will work closely with our senior consultants to learn our unique methodology, moving from research and administrative support into front-end client strategy and delivery.
What will you do?
- Talent Sourcing and Research: You will conduct deep-dive market mapping and use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: You will manage end-to-end talent acquisition for emerging searches, which includes screening resumes, coaching candidates, conducting reference checks, and creating compelling presentation decks for our clients.
- Strategic Operations: You will spearhead the optimization of our ATS, Lever, to automate workflows and maintain high data integrity, which allows our team to provide evidence-based market intelligence and salary benchmarking.

- Qualified: You hold a degree or diploma in Business, HR, or a related field and are fluent in English.
