Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for our business teams, ensuring that every candidate has a positive, transparent, and memorable experience from start to finish.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies that meet our current and future hiring needs.
- Manage our Applicant Tracking System and internal tools to maintain high-quality data, improve process efficiency, and hit our collective hiring targets.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a blend of technical recruiting knowledge and the ability to navigate a dynamic startup culture. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of professional recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on high-volume sales recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms, such as Workday, and various ATS systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external candidates.
- A self-motivated, organized, and creative approach to problem-solving, with a high degree of personal integrity.
