As an Associate Project Manager, you will be vital in supporting the assigned projects, programs & initiatives of medium to high complexity by applying project management expertise that is in line with the company’s strategy. You will manage assigned projects through the various stages of the project lifecycle, from concept to implementation. This includes developing SOW, business proposals, functional requirements, project plan w/milestones, financials, & implementation plan. Provide management & guidance toward successful collaboration with multi-functional groups & direct project teams responsible for implementation of certain strategies.

What You'll Do
Develop a comprehensive project plan outlining timelines, milestones, deliverables with dates & resource requirements Ensure all project requirements &/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood & translated for execution Effectively communicate project expectations & goals to team members & other stakeholders Apply knowledge of Agile methodologies & frameworks Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, & daily stand-ups Identify potential risks & develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success Monitor & address issues as they arise, making real-time adjustments to keep the project on track Create & maintain comprehensive project documentation for internal & external use Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of the project & identify areas for improvement Accountable for overall project success including schedules, quality, & scope management Ability to form & lead strong multi-functional teams to achieve company &/or customer objectives Prepare timely forecasts for existing & upcoming projects, & compare forward forecast results to historical actual results for trend assessment & analysis Mentor & coach engineers to build & structure integrated teams to ensure maximum performance; & provide direction & motivation Give & receive both written & verbal feedback at frequent intervals What You'll Bring
Up to 3 (or less) years of work experience in successfully delivering tech projects Ability to manage & run multiple projects in parallel Ability to conduct client demos independently & gather feedback Ability to draw a clear line between client feedback & new enhancements to prevent any sort of scope creep Dynamic leading & peoples skills to work closely with various engineering teams at a time Hands-on with Jira & well versed with other similar tools Growth mindset to embrace new challenges, each new initiative excites you, you are always in a jiffy to get the job done Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/ EE Excellent interpersonal skills & the ability to work within a team as one unit Excellent verbal & written communication skills How We Work
