About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will take ownership of low to mid-complexity projects while providing support for larger initiatives. You will work closely with our account, creative, finance, strategy, and technology teams to foster great ideas and deliver exceptional results. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior-level professional to grow their skills in project planning, financial management, and cross-functional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on active projects, managing expectations and translating client input into clear, actionable directions.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, including creating timelines, managing daily workflows, and partnering with resource management to ensure staff is aligned with project needs.
- Take on financial management responsibilities, such as estimating work, monitoring budgets, handling billing, and communicating financial status to stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least one year of relevant professional experience, ideally within an agency or pharmaceutical setting.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to lead client meetings and deliver presentations.
- A high level of attention to detail and a proactive, consultative approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere. While we value in-person engagement when it matters most, we support a flexible work environment that allows you to work from home or our various global office hubs.
Compensation and Benefits
We provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, family, and professional growth:
- Financial Security: A 401k plan with an employer match up to 4%, along with life and disability insurance.
- Health and Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus access to an employee assistance program for free counseling and personalized health support.
- Work-Life Balance: Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and the ability to work from anywhere for two weeks each year.
- Time Off: Generous paid time off, including 20 vacation days, public holidays, gifted end-of-year holidays, and early Friday finishes during the summer months.
- Family Support: Enhanced maternity, paternity, and family leave policies, alongside fertility support.
- Professional Development: Ongoing access to on-demand training sessions and opportunities for global career advancement.
