We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as an Associate Project Engineer to help us drive positive change and excellence in the renewable energy industry.
What you'll be doing
- You will design utility-scale photovoltaic power plants by creating PV layouts and system diagrams in AutoCAD.
- You will use GIS plugins and Civil 3D surface files to analyze terrain and determine the feasibility of project sites.
- You will collaborate with our engineering and development teams to refine plans based on site constraints, utility feedback, and energy production reports.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a degree in a technical or engineering field and at least one year of professional experience, which may include internships. You should be proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and PVsyst. We are looking for someone who can interpret topographic, FEMA, and USGS maps with ease. Because you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously, your ability to stay organized and pay close attention to detail is essential. You must be comfortable with frequent travel, as you will need to visit project sites across different terrains about 20% of the time. Finally, we value a hands-on attitude and a genuine commitment to building a culture of trust and accountability.
