We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team and help us build the next generation of solutions for the secondary ticket market.
What is this role?
We are looking for an Associate Product Owner to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone looking to grow their career in product management while working under the mentorship of our senior product leaders. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure we deliver high-quality features that solve real problems for our customers.
What will you do?
- Help manage our product roadmaps and ensure that key features are delivered on time to meet our business and customer needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and stakeholder teams to refine the development backlog and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Act as a primary liaison between our technical developers and business partners to keep communication clear and decision-making efficient.

To succeed in this role, you should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical, product, or support-focused position. We value candidates who have a strong grasp of agile development principles and the ability to organize multiple projects at once.
