What you bring
As a Senior Associate Product Owner working in a full-time capacity, you will bridge the gap between our software development teams and complex product requirements. You will be based in the United States, with a hybrid work arrangement that requires two days per week in our offices if you reside in the Greater Chicagoland Area, Houston, or Roseville. Your core responsibilities include:
- Managing and refining the product backlog to ensure alignment with our overarching strategy and roadmap.
- Translating complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories and requirements for our engineering teams.
- Collaborating closely with UX experts to conduct usability testing and ensure our solutions meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong blend of technical aptitude and healthcare domain knowledge. We look for candidates with a Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in fields such as Biomedical Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, or a related healthcare discipline, though equivalent experience with NLP or LLMs in a healthcare context is also highly valued. You should have professional experience in product ownership, project coordination, or program management. We prioritize individuals who are organized, possess a doer mentality, and can communicate effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required, and a passion for solving complex problems within the healthcare industry is essential.
