As an Associate Product Owner at IMO Health, you'll work with software development and LLM engineering teams on new products and solutions for IMO Health's product lines. You'll provide development teams with a clear and descriptive set of requirements, captured as user stories. Your partnership with the development teams will determine what can be delivered by balancing the need for new features and resolving defects. The Associate Product Owner will work closely with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to Product Owners, UX Experts, Software Developers, Program Management, and Technical Writers.

Either a Bachelor’s or Advanced Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Informatics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a healthcare-related field OR requisite Product Owner experience with the use of NLP or LLMs in the healthcare fieldProfessional experience in project coordination, program management, product ownership, product development, or related fieldHealthcare industry experience is preferred; exposure to healthcare data or clinical code sets is a bonusExcellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to motivate diverse, cross-functional teamsStrong organization skills with a “doer” mentalityTechnical aptitude to understand and translate requirements to various audiencesExcitement and curiosity to solve complex problemsWhat we'll give you
