The opportunity
We are inviting an Associate Product Manager to join our remote, full-time team. In this role you will partner closely with our Product Manager Leader and colleagues across engineering, design, and customer success. Your work will turn customer insights into clear product direction, helping us expand a platform already relied upon by industry leaders worldwide.
A day in the life
- You will conduct market and competitive research, then translate findings into data-backed recommendations that shape our product roadmap.
- You will speak directly with customers through interviews and usability tests, capturing their feedback and turning it into actionable improvements that enhance their experience.
- You will document research results, user journeys, and product updates, then present these insights to internal teams so everyone moves forward with a shared understanding.
Who you are
You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field and bring at least two years of experience in enterprise or commercial product management, ideally with SaaS solutions. You are comfortable working in Jira and Confluence, and you have participated in Agile or Scrum environments. Analytical thinking, clear communication, and the ability to build relationships across teams come naturally to you. Because our customers and colleagues are global, fluency in English is essential.
