Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to uncover customer needs and analyze competitive landscapes. Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic product decisions.
- Engage deeply with customers through interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Translate their feedback into actionable product enhancements, continually advocating for their needs.
- Create meticulous product documentation, including research findings and user journey maps. Effectively communicate product updates and strategies to internal stakeholders through clear presentations and reports.
- Implement a metrics-driven approach to product development. Track and analyze key success metrics to validate the impact of roadmap initiatives and ensure value delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years in enterprise or commercial product management, particularly with enterprise SaaS products.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships across teams.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence, with exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
