Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market research to uncover customer needs and analyze competitive landscapes. Utilize data-driven insights to inform strategic product decisions.
Engage deeply with customers through interviews, surveys, and usability testing. Translate their feedback into actionable product enhancements, continually advocating for their needs.
Create meticulous product documentation, including research findings and user journey maps. Effectively communicate product updates and strategies to internal stakeholders through clear presentations and reports.
Implement a metrics-driven approach to product development. Track and analyze key success metrics to validate the impact of roadmap initiatives and ensure value delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years in enterprise or commercial product management, particularly with enterprise SaaS products.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships across teams.
Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence, with exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
