We are looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis in Hungary. At Hearsay Systems, we lead the global market in digital client engagement for the financial services industry. Since our founding in 2009, we have become a trusted partner to major firms like BlackRock and Charles Schwab, helping over 260,000 advisors scale personalized communication across social media, websites, and text. Following our recent acquisition by Yext, we are excited to continue building a platform that manages the entire customer journey. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior product management to establish priorities and roadmaps for our Hearsay Social product.
- Manage product requirements throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial ideation and roadmap planning to final launch.
- Work within a scrum team model alongside Engineering and Design to prioritize tasks, participate in Agile ceremonies, and monitor key metrics to ensure product health and user success.
Requirements
- Between 1 and 2 years of experience in a product management or emerging product owner role.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management, Agile frameworks, Scrum practices, and Design Thinking methodologies.
- Proven ability to groom and prioritize backlogs, develop user stories, and define clear acceptance criteria.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience engaging with stakeholders and customers to identify business problems and deliver measurable value.
- Fluency in English.
