Traditional tools often struggle with complexity and high costs, so we created a unified platform that uses a cloud-native data warehouse to provide better scale and efficiency. Role at a glance
We are looking for a Junior Associate Product Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. This is an on-site role based in our office in San Mateo, California, where you will work directly with our product and engineering teams to shape the future of our observability platform.
Your impact
- Support our senior product managers by helping to define and execute the roadmap for core features like alerting, dashboarding, and analytics.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify user pain points and uncover opportunities for product improvements.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into successful feature launches and track adoption metrics.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and ready to dive into the world of cloud-native technology. You should have the following qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or B2B environment, or a background in software engineering.
- A genuine interest in observability and the technical landscape of modern distributed applications.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or a proven ability to master complex technical concepts.
- A self-starting mindset that allows you to thrive in the fast-paced environment of a growing startup.
- Fluency in English.
