The role

We are looking for a Senior Associate Product Manager to join us on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere. You will take a lead role in shaping the future of our platform, which currently supports over 4,000 active users. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who enjoys being hands-on with product development, from refining our dashboards and onboarding flows to building out new mobile application features.

Core responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert on our platform by mastering our various user types, specific use cases, and design standards.
• Ensure high quality across the board by testing new features and bug fixes, and by conducting regular regression testing to keep our core functionality stable.
• Drive product growth by identifying usability improvements, drafting detailed requirements, creating development tickets, and writing clear release notes for our stakeholders.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in the following areas:

• Proven experience working with B2B SaaS products and large-scale mobile applications, ideally within the workforce management, HR tech, or payroll sectors.
• A deep understanding of the Product Development Lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• A sharp eye for UI and UX design, combined with the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly through detailed documentation.
• Fluency in English to effectively collaborate with our development team and communicate updates to our users.
