About the Role
We are hiring an Associate Product Manager for a full-time position. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and contribute to the entire product lifecycle. You will work alongside our product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing teams to help build and refine products that provide real value to our users.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market and user research to identify trends, analyze user behavior, and uncover opportunities for product improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document detailed product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to support data-driven decision making and future feature prioritization.
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive individual who is ready to grow with us. You should have the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a field such as Computer Science, Business, or Engineering.
- Up to two years of experience in technology, product management, or marketing, including internships or relevant projects.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and articulate ideas clearly.
- A basic understanding of software development processes and a collaborative mindset.
- A genuine passion for building user-centric products and a high level of attention to detail.
Location
This role is based in Spain and follows a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and one day working from home.
