The role
We are hiring an Associate Product Manager to join our Product team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is designed for students graduating in Spring 2025 with a technical bachelor’s degree who are eager to launch a career in product management. The role is part of an 18-month rotational program that begins in August 2025 and concludes in February 2027.
Core responsibilities
- Run structured beta programs that collect customer and stakeholder feedback and prepare new features for launch.
- Own the end-to-end launch of a feature, coordinate with internal teams, and measure its impact after rollout.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to develop new capabilities and, as you progress, manage the roadmap for a small product area.
Skills and experience
We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Cognitive Science, or another technical field; degree must be completed by the start date.
- Minimum 3.5 GPA.
- Hands-on experience building a product, startup, application, or nonprofit as a founding member or co-founder.
- No prior full-time product-management experience; product-management internships are acceptable.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, leadership qualities, and a bias toward action.
- Ability to draw insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Proficiency in English.
Compensation and benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $69,853 – $117,400 USD. In addition to competitive pay, we offer remote and flexible work arrangements, comprehensive medical insurance, and a range of other employee-led benefits.
