Role at a glance

We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Australia. This is a mid-level role where you will work closely with our Product Manager to shape the strategy and roadmap for our NowInfinity offerings. You will be a key player in driving product development, ensuring that our solutions continue to meet the high standards our customers expect.

Your impact

• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conducting market research and competitive analysis to planning, positioning, and executing successful product launches.
• Translate high-level product strategy into actionable requirements and technical documentation to guide development teams.
• Act as the subject matter expert for NowInfinity, managing product backlogs and prioritizing support requests to ensure our roadmap remains data-driven and customer-focused.

What you'll need

• Deep expertise in the Class and NowInfinity product suite.
• At least 3 years of experience in accounting public practice or administration within the wealth management industry, such as SMSF or portfolio management.
• Over 2 years of experience working within a B2B SaaS or software development environment.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex customer feedback into clear product objectives.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and tailor presentations for various audiences.
• Proficiency in English.
