The role
We are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis within the United States. This is a mid-level position ideal for someone who is eager to drive product initiatives and improve the user experience for our veterinary partners. You will work across internal departments and with external stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and ensure our software continues to deliver high value.
Core responsibilities
- Analyze user feedback and pain points gathered from customer support and onboarding to identify actionable product improvements.
- Manage the lifecycle of 1-2 feature builds, including defining requirements, unblocking engineering, performing quality assurance testing, and measuring the final impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document new functionality and train internal staff to better support our growing customer base.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A four-year degree.
- Strong proficiency in product management, including the ability to interpret data and conduct meaningful data analysis.
- A deep commitment to user experience and the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, clear communication.
- Experience with quality assurance testing and the ability to facilitate strategic conversations with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
