We are Bloomerang, a company that builds powerful fundraising and donor CRM software used by tens of thousands of nonprofits to raise more money and create greater impact. Our mission-driven culture is grounded in empathy, unity, and transparency, and we are looking for an Associate Product Manager to help shape the future of our Volunteer Management application.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the product roadmap for the Volunteer Management application and define success metrics for each release.
- Write functional requirements, product briefs, user stories, and supporting documentation while serving as Product Owner in Scrum ceremonies.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ship features on schedule that deliver measurable value to users.
Requirements
- Three or more years of SaaS product management experience.
- Proven ability to create requirements documents, product briefs, user stories, and other product-management artifacts.
- Three or more years working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong technical acumen and analytical skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $95,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
