What you bring
We are looking for a junior-level Associate Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This hybrid role, based in India, requires a self-starter who is ready to take ownership of product initiatives and drive strategic feature delivery. You will work across various departments, including engineering and sales, to ensure our technology meets the needs of our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the end-to-end development and launch of data-driven energy products.
- Managing the daily execution of the product roadmap by translating requirements into actionable tasks and tracking progress.
- Facilitating sprint ceremonies and maintaining detailed documentation to ensure team alignment and project success.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in technology and product management. You should possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related IT field, along with one to three years of relevant experience in a tech or data-driven environment. We value candidates who are proficient in Agile frameworks and tools like Jira. You must demonstrate strong quantitative analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven capacity for team collaboration. A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment are essential for this role.
