We are looking for a driven and collaborative Associate Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. We have grown into a remote-first organization with over 40 employees across the United States, backed by $41 million in funding from prominent investors like Citi Ventures and Flourish Ventures. If you are early in your product career and eager to take ownership of impactful projects while learning from experienced leaders, we would love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and fellow product managers to explore complex problems and define effective solutions.
- Support the entire product lifecycle, including discovery, documentation, and the delivery of high-priority initiatives for our SaaS platform.
- Actively participate in team rituals such as sprint planning, roadmap reviews, and retrospectives to keep our development process organized and efficient.
Requirements
- Approximately 12 months of experience in a product-focused role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas for various stakeholders.
- A systems-oriented mindset and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working independently within a remote team setting.
- A collaborative spirit, a high degree of curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
- Familiarity with tools such as Agile, Jira, and Figma is considered a plus.
