What you bring
We are hiring a Junior Associate Product Manager on a Full Time basis. In this role you will own the customer experience, employee experience, and key business metrics for your product area. You will collaborate daily with engineering, operations, strategy, and executive teams to shape the product roadmap and deliver solutions that truly matter. Three core responsibilities include defining and prioritizing features, enhancements, and bug fixes; partnering with operations to replace manual processes with automation and improve KPIs; and analyzing data to uncover opportunities for growth. The position is based in the United States and follows a Hybrid work arrangement.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in fintech. You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, human-computer interaction, mathematics, statistics, physics, engineering, or another quantitative field. If you are not yet fluent in SQL, you are ready to learn quickly on the job. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential so you can turn complex ideas into clear messages. You are comfortable working independently, taking full ownership of projects, and ensuring products meet all regulatory and compliance standards.
