What you bring
We are offering a unique full-time two-year rotational program for students in Amsterdam, starting in August 2025. As an Associate Product Manager, you will be mentored by industry experts while leading high-impact initiatives that drive our product strategy forward. Your work will involve the following core responsibilities:
- Conducting deep market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for our users.
- Validating innovative service and feature concepts through user research and prototyping.
- Partnering with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and improvement.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a student graduating between June 2024 and July 2025 with a degree in Computer Science or a closely related field. You should have no more than 24 months of full-time work experience, excluding internships. We value candidates who demonstrate leadership and collaboration through extracurricular activities and possess a creative, entrepreneurial mindset. You must be fluent in English and comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a fast-paced environment. Above all, we look for individuals with strong empathy, humility, and a genuine passion for understanding customer needs.
