What is this role?
We are looking for a mid-level Associate Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the research and development lifecycle for our software and hardware products. You will act as a bridge between our product vision and technical execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our offerings improve the consumer experience and expand our market reach. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys strategizing from conception through to final release.
What will you do?
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including conducting market research, competitive analysis, roadmap development, and managing product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define and document product requirements, ensuring that engineering roadmaps align with our broader business strategy.
- Translate complex platform strategies into detailed user stories and feature requirements that our development teams can effectively execute.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this position, you should have at least 3 years of experience in product management or a similar systems analyst role, along with a bachelor's degree in a technology-related field. We are looking for someone with strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a global, cross-functional team. Key requirements include:
- Proven ability to interpret and define API requirements to ensure seamless system integrations.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to foster collaborative relationships across different departments.
- Advanced communication and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and act as a technical consultant for the product organization.
- A commitment to high-quality work and the flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
Experience in the life and annuity industry or broader financial services is considered a significant plus.
What's in it for you?
We believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 USD, which is determined based on your unique skills, experience, and location. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth:
- 401k retirement planning.
- Dental insurance coverage.
- Profit sharing opportunities.
- Tuition reimbursement to support your continued learning.
- The flexibility of a hybrid work environment.
