What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Associate Product Manager to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. You will be a key player in scaling the capabilities of our design, engineering, and product teams by leveraging data to drive our strategy. Your primary responsibilities will include the following.

• Leading discovery sessions with clients, advisors, and internal teams to identify key workflows and solve critical pain points.
• Managing the product analytics lifecycle by tracking feature usage and measuring success across different user segments.
• Overseeing bug triaging processes, which involves identifying patterns, routing issues to engineering, and scoping effective solutions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex technical findings into clear insights for any audience. You should have at least two years of experience working within the fintech or wealth management sectors. Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Python, and Excel is essential, as is experience with visualization software such as Tableau. We value candidates who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their careers within our organization. Fluency in English is required, and any previous experience in a startup environment is considered a significant asset.
