We are Level AI, and we are changing the way enterprises handle customer experiences through our advanced AI-driven solutions. Our Customer Engineering team is the backbone of this mission, as they focus on building scalable integration frameworks that allow data to flow effortlessly between CRMs, CCaaS platforms, and other essential enterprise tools. We are currently looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team in India to help us innovate within our integration platform and self-serve onboarding initiatives. If you have a strong technical foundation and a passion for building products that solve complex problems, we would love to have you on board.
What you'll be doing
- You will own the strategy and roadmap for our integration platform, working alongside our engineering team to develop reusable, scalable connectors for various enterprise systems.
- You will translate customer insights and data pipeline performance metrics into actionable product requirements, ensuring that our onboarding processes are as efficient and automated as possible.
- You will act as a bridge between engineering, sales, and customer success teams to facilitate the development of low-code and no-code tools, while staying hands-on with API design and technical debugging.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of technical expertise and product intuition. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
- A solid technical background involving APIs, data engineering, or complex system integrations.
- Strong analytical skills that allow you to interpret data and customer feedback to drive decision-making.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in English to communicate your ideas clearly.
- Bonus points if you have experience with iPaaS tools like Workato or Mulesoft, an MBA, or prior experience in B2B SaaS environments.
