About the Role

The Associate Product Manager is a Full Time position within our cohort program. This role is perfect for recent graduates with degrees in Computer Science or Economics, as well as those who have completed a product management bootcamp. You will engage in a structured training curriculum that covers every facet of product management at Koddi, supported by both instructor-led training and ongoing leadership development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help define the roadmap for your specific area by incorporating feedback and generating actionable insights.
• Draft clear and concise product documentation that highlights the specific challenges our customers face and outlines how we can address them.
• Conduct data analysis to support informed decision-making, either by partnering with internal experts or by learning to access and interpret data independently.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Economics, or a related technical field, or successful completion of a relevant product management bootcamp by May 2025.
• A strong ability to solve complex problems and make decisions backed by data.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to present ideas, write reports, or lead group projects.
• A high level of comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• A commitment to working on-site at our Fort Worth office from Monday through Friday.

This position is based in the United States, specifically at our Fort Worth office.
